Full Moon Recharge - a time for deep for connection and nourishment with community!

We'll begin with a guided meditation assisted by the healing and heart opening properties of sacred cacao (or tea)

Followed by somatic breathwork, sound bath with crystal healing bowls & chakra tuning.

There will be time for journaling, card pulling, sharing, and intention setting.
